Trader set-up from 8.30am. Vehicles off the square by 9.15am. Pitches are 3m x 3m; bring your own gazebo with weights for all four corners. Take your rubbish home with you.

Book your pitch

Every booking is subject to confirmation by the organisers, who check what you sell, your insurance and any food paperwork, and refund in full if they can't accept it. To keep the market varied there is a limit on how many stalls sell the same thing: product types already spoken for show as taken below.

13 of 26 pitches left. Pitch positions are allocated by the organisers before market day.

What will you sell?

Not just food: artwork, furniture, bags, cups, candles and crafts are all welcome. Everything must be grown, reared, baked, brewed, cooked or made by you within about 20 miles. Tick all that apply, then describe it.

Activities

Bottled drinks (sealed, licence needed for alcohol)

Cakes & bakes (one stall per type)

Crafts & making

Fresh & farm

Meat & fish (one stall per animal)

Something else

Take-home food (sealed & packaged)

Each product type has a limit at each market, usually one stall, first come first served, so the market stays varied. Cakes are split by kind, so several bakers can come as long as they make different things. Not listed? Tick "Something else" and describe it below. Only sell what you tick here.

Your stall

Public liability insurance (required)

Your stall needs cover of at least £2 million for the market date (food and drink, rides, children's activities, gas, generators or mains electrics would need £5 million). Add your certificate now, or from your account before the market. See documents and insurance in the terms.

Secure card payment. We review every booking and refund in full if we cannot accept it; by paying you agree to the booking terms.

Good to know

The rules in brief

The full trader terms and market rules apply to every booking.

  • Pitches are 3m x 3m. Bring your own gazebo with weights for all four corners.
  • Every stall needs public liability insurance: £2 million for most stalls, £5 million if you sell food or drink, cook, or use gas, a generator or mains electrics. Upload it once, we remind you when it is due.
  • A limit per product type, first come first served, so the market stays varied. Tell us exactly what you make and we will find room where we can.
  • Everything is sold to take home: no hot drinks, coffee, milkshakes or food made to order, because the Hangar Bar and Cafe are our neighbours and do that. Coffee beans, tea, coffee-making kit, sealed drinks and packaged food to take home are all welcome.
  • Set up from 8.30am, vehicles off the square by 9.15am, and take your rubbish home with you.
  • Dogs on leads are welcome. Free to visit, everyone welcome.
