Before the day • Make sure your public liability insurance certificate is on file and in date. Use the link in your confirmation email to add or update it. • Read your confirmation email: it shows your pitch number and the market's rules. • Bring everything you need: gazebo and weights (all four corners, it gets breezy), table, float, card reader if you take cards. Arriving & setting up • Arrive during the set-up window in your confirmation email and check in with the market team when you arrive. • You'll be shown to your numbered pitch. The map on the booking page shows where it is. • Unload, then move your vehicle to the stallholder parking before setting up fully, so everyone can get in. During the market • Keep your stall inside your pitch space and walkways clear. • Rubbish stays with you. Please take it home or use the bins the team point out. Packing down • Please trade until the advertised end time. Early pack-downs make the market feel closed. • Leave your pitch clean and clear; check for cable ties, tape and pegs. Questions on the day?
