The Steps programme will be explained to you, upon learning your medical history, weight loss goals and lifestyle, a step will be recommended. 1 to 1 support is available throughout your weight loss journey, through face to face weekly meetings, phone calls and texts as you require.
The weekly meetings are usually held in the clients home, keeping it super convenient and easy for you, you're busy enough with life without having to go out!!
